    i) It is a die that has 6 different numbers on each of it's 6 sides.

    ii) because there can be different types of dices with different faces so id=f another dice which has 12 faces can get different results for diff questions.

    i) A fair die refers to an ordinary item such as coin, die, etc, where all outcomes are equally likely.
    ii) If it is not stated, it is not using an ordinary item and outcomes are not equally likely.

    ii) Because otherwise, we do not know whether it might have two or more sides with same number or be rigged
